Authenticity

The majority of the issues that people are having with Aspire products can be traced back to clone, copycat, counterfeit products.

Many people have purchased “Aspire” products off of eBay. Sadly, there are NO authorized Aspire resellers on eBay at this time. There is a saying “If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.” This is especially true with buying Aspire products off of eBay at ‘low, low’ prices. If the price is exceptionally low, it is most likely a counterfeit product of lower quality.

But, Aspire is trying their hardest to combat this issue. Please take a moment and read the news bulletin: Verifying your Aspire Kits and/or the Nautilus Mini to help you determine if what you purchased, is in fact a genuine Aspire Product.

To use the “Scratch and Check” Code:
[list=1]

[*]Scroll down to the bottom right of the page.[/*]
[*]Enter the security code[/*]
[*]Press GO[/*][/list]

If you find that you have a counterfeit product, please return it to the place of purchase for a refund (if possible).

You can always purchase authentic Aspire products directly from the Aspire Store ( http://online.aspire.com )
